Chef Yolene’s interest in food preparation developed early in life. Born in Haiti, Yolene is the youngest of five children and spent a great deal of time in the kitchen with her mother,Clotilde.

 

Since 1982 She has been the talk of the town in South Florida business circle,politicians and among the Haiti elite. She would commute back and forth, to prepare venues for dignitaries and head of states.

 

In 1995 she opened Yolene's Catering after studying in Europe, and in the U.S which has always been selected as the # 1 choice for events, by families, politicians and special occasions in the community. Her reach is beyond her community, where people from every culture enjoy Yolene's Catering delicious choices and Haitian Cuisine.
